  1. £ 450.00 Single Occupancy - Based on one person per room.

  2. £ 450.00 Dual Individual Ticket - Based on one person sharing a dual occupancy room.

  3. £ 900.00: Two Person Deposit - Covering both individuals sharing one room.

Full Ticket Price (Per person):

Single occupancy: £1600.00 pp.

Dual occupancy: £1350.00 pp.

Kindly Note:

  • If you are unable to attend and choose to cancel, a fee of £50.00 per person will be deducted from your booking. If flight tickets have already been purchased, this portion of your booking is non-refundable.

  • For cancellations made within 30 days of travel or in cases of non-attendance on the day of travel, 100% of the booking cost will be non-refundable.

  • We recommend confirming that you are satisfied with the event, date, and times before completing your reservation.

Deposit-Only Bookings

Full payment is required by the 20th March 2026 (5 weeks in advance of travel). Attendees will be notified via email invoice to settle the remaining balance. Failure to settle the remaining balance by this date will result in your reservation being cancelled, your spot offered to individuals on the waiting list, and a financial penalty applied.
